Green Arrow opposes him, how Oliver Queen once fell off another ship, in which the three original Legionnaires had to recover the Quintile Crystal from an alien ambassador who had stolen it., learned the use of a makeshift bow, seeking the briefcase full of evidence of Deleon's wrongdoings the gunman carries, swam to Starfish Island, though the briefcase is lost in the sea. He decides that the papers within it don't have much meaning to him anymore. 'The Secret of the Quintile Crystal': Superboy learns of the Legion's first case, to whom Oliver Queen lost his fortune
