The Story

The day of Johnny’s rematch with Flagg Fargo has arrived. At the stadium, he sees Flagg speaking with the villainous Enforcer. When the Enforcer later attacks him with tranquilizers, Johnny thinks the two are in cahoots! Fortunately, Johnny’s trained body throws off the tranqs before the match. Executing a flawless loop, it looks like Johnny’s going to win… unless Flagg is perfect on his own jump. That’s when Enforcer shoots… Flagg?!? After pulling his rival from the flames, Johnny learns Enforcer was paid by gamblers to rig the match so Johnny would win! Seeing Flagg to medical care, Johnny takes off after Enforcer, who uses a rocket to destroy a bridge! But Ghost Rider is faster; Enforcer drives off a cliff and into the water rather than face him head on! Ghost Rider rides away before he sees the Enforcer’s arm reach up from under the surf to grab a projecting rock…
