The Story

Still in Chicago, Ghost Rider stops for a quick meal, and a criminal looking for a getaway steals his wheels! The thug didn’t reckon with the Ghost Rider, who pursues can catches him. But Ghost Rider is seen by Reverend Joshua, the latest in a long line of demon killers empowered by a Yoruban god! The power of Joshua, Demon Killer forces Ghost Rider to flee. Joshua returns home and meets his daughter. She is the girlfriend of Ron Williamson, a numbers racketeer. He stops to pick her up; he’s going to Detroit so he has an alibi when his men blow up an EL train! She flees, and Williamson’s men catch her – where Johnny can see! As himself, he manages to chase the hoods away, but he’ll need to be the Ghost Rider to reach Williamson’s bomb. He finds the bomb – and Joshua finds him! In pain and barely conscious, Ghost Rider manages to heave the bomb away. Joshua has learned that maybe there’s more to demon killing than amulets and magic. Maybe some demons do good…
