The Story

Johnny is tormented by dreams; he has repressed the Ghost Rider for nearly a week, and the Rider wants OUT! In the dead of night, something like an artillery shell blasts through the tent, but there is no shell – just a note for Eliot Franklin. Later, something overloads the transformer, and again there is a message for Franklin. And the next night, a pair of acrobats steal the gate and leave another message. Finally, a message Eliot can’t ignore: someone burns down his father’s tent. To pay for his father’s care, Eliot dons once more the costume and gear of the Clown, and assumes the leadership of the Circus of Crime! On the outskirts of their camp, Johnny watches, until the Strongman overpowers him! (Part 1 of 2)
